The project envisages the reconstruction of the industrial building into a health and sports and office center and the construction of a hotel-type building for temporary residence with underground parking on the street. Solomyanska, 11 in the Solomyansk district of Kyiv.

The building consists of one underground and 11 above-ground floors. The structural scheme of the complex is a combined monolithic reinforced concrete frame with stiffness diaphragms, where all vertical loads are transferred to the rod elements - columns, and horizontal loads - to the central stiffness core. Spatial rigidity and stability of the structure is achieved by the presence of hard floor discs, the presence of a central rigidity core in the form of an elevator-stair block, and rigid joints connecting floor slabs and columns.
