"Altis-Holding" group of companies is designing the expansion of the existing shopping and office center "Europe" in the Primorsky district of Odessa.

Altis-Holding chief engineer Victor Perevalov notes that the execution of installation work under such circumstances requires a qualified and competent approach to the design of the foundation and frame of the building, accounting for the production technology of the works and a detailed analysis of adjacent existing buildings.

According to the concept, the area of the premises will double: from 10,000 m² of the existing building to 18,000 m² of the new building. The entrance to the building is located on both sides: the existing one on Deribasivska Street, 21 and the newly built one on Chervonoy Lane, 3.
In addition to combining the project building with the existing one, among the tasks of the Customer - "White Acacia" LLC - is to improve the supply of the complex as a whole. Also in the future, it is possible to increase the efficiency of the engineering systems of the existing building.
The new part of the building consists of 5 levels: an underground technological floor, three floors for shopping areas and the fourth entertainment floor - for a cinema.
The facade of the building is being worked out by Altis Holding specialists in cooperation with Spanish architects. Executed in a modern style with the use of glass and natural stone, it will nevertheless correspond to the surrounding buildings of the historical center of Odessa, - reports the chief architect of Altis-Holding Oleksandr Kovalchuk.
The project group of the company plans to complete the development of project documentation of the "Project" stage within 2 months.
